How can I ( nominee) claim the money

I was adopted by my uncle but i don't have registered adoption certificate but my other documents like school results,adhar card, family members in pension ( ordance factory, ministry of defence)..
I am only nominee in the state bank of India. My aunty and uncle both are no more.I have spent my life till now with them away from my real parents. Uncle have also 2 daughter of his own. Can I claim the money in the bank.
A.Dear client, in my humble suggestion, a nominee need not substantiate his familial connection to the deceased and bankers are required to provide you the money when your name appears as the nominee in the bank records without asking any more questions.

Yes, nominee need not prove his relationship with the deceased. When your name is shown as nominee in the bank records then bankers are supposed to disburse that amount to you without any further enquiry.
