My uncle filed a false fir against my brother, we applied for anticipatory bail but both high and district court rejected. Case is that he gave us atm card to withdraw money and we did it, but after some days his money was withdrawn by someone else. But filed thr case and till now he has not taken any action except fir. Police is always threatening and no other enquiry is done like no any information from bank etc. FIR is filed in home state bihar

A.Dear client, since FIR is filled and no legal action is taken against you, you need not to worry and once again file a petition for anticipatory bail.
