I want to open online Company which provide services like content writing and digital marketing.
Right now i am the only person to start this company.

I will hier employees and tie up with other big companies to provide my services.

So if i want to start my company then is it necessary to register my company ?

Another option is that can i start my company by my own name and expand the business ?

In both the cases how much taxes i have to pay for new company in india ?
