I was married 4 months ago...After a month of marriage i went to my parents home.After 2 days I called my husband to take me to his house. But he said he doesnt want to continue his lyf with me and asked for divorce and also threatens us if anyone comes to his house then he and his mothrr could commit suicide....And he also just informed the police nearby his house that My parents and I would come and create nuisance....So i didnt go to my mother in laws house...i am in my parents house from the past 3 months....will police take action if we go to his house?? As i have right to go to his house will there be any problem if my relatives and i go to his house??
A.Dear client kindly file a restitution petition under section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act in the respective family Court.

In the present scenario, you can file a restitution petition under section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act in the respective family Court. Thereafter, the respective Family Court will decide.

A.First of all no divorce petition is allowed before 1 year of marriage. Draft a police complaint and move women cell. Which city do you live?

A.Dear client.. u have full rights to go to Ur matrimonial home..1) go with some elder relatives..of family members..or if they are threatining u.. then
2) file RCR in family court..( restitution of conjugal rights)
Then court will order him to take u ,Ur matrimonial home.

Mam by seeing his cruel nature i too decided to end my lyf with him now...But we spents nearly 25 lakhs for marriage charges which includes dowry too...how can we get our money back....Can we get the money back for sure??
Moreover he is a govt. employee so if i file any case on him will there be any threat to his job

A.By advocate Rameshwor dadhe dear mam you can't take divorce till completing one year of the to the marriage. You should wait one . Or you should approach to the nearest police station and register your complaint against the in law . For not entry in husband's house. You can go with police officer in your husband's home

A.You certainly have a right to reside in the household where ur husband resides.you can file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights asking ur husband to not only allow u in ur matrimonial home but perform duties as a husband he is supposed to do. You can also file maintanence petiton under section 125 CrPC.Taking recourse to other proceedings at this stage will be not proper as u appear to be interested in living in your matrimonial home.so try to exert pressure on him to accept u by filling petition for restitution of conjugal rights and maintainence petition.
A.You are the legally wedded wife & you have all the right to go there as that is your house. If police try to restrict you than you can file a case against your in-law.
