I am a govt.servent ( teacher).IAm married in2005, my husband also govt servent(highschool teacher)& we have 2 doughters of age 11yrs &9 yrs respectively. My husband left us with out intimating me before 1&1/2 month.we covinced him by speaking with his higher officer but he did't come home . He is not willing to what should i do know?

A.Dear coment you can file a restitution petition under section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act in the respective family Court. Thereafter, the respective Family Court will decide for maintenance for your doughter.
