non payment of loyalty bonus

I have completed my six years in bank on 31st july 2022 . A loyalty bonus was supposed to be given on completion of six years . I have 20 months of unauthorised absence on loss of pay on medical ground.Exempting the period of absence i have completed six years but still the bank is not paying loyallty bonus as it has paid to other employees. kindly suggest measures
A.Dear client, in my humble suggestion, the remedy is to issue a lawyer's notice to the company to give it an opportunity to pay the promised bonus without the intervention of the civil court. If the notice from the lawyer does not produce the desired result then a lawsuit for recovery of money is the solution.
