A.Dear client,
Hopefully the personal details such as passwords, ATM pin etc have not been shared by you with anyone not concerned with it. This would imply you bearing no responsibility to the loss you have incured .
The bank branch associated with your account should be immediately informed of this within three working days and make sure to take record of all intimations that show the fraud and the money deducted.
According to RBI, in a situation when the customer has zero liability in the case of "third party breach" where the fault lies neither with the bank or the customer, and the customer notifies the bank of the fraud transaction within three working days of receiving the communication from the bank, the bank shall bear the liability to cater to the needs of the customer and provide safe and complete refund.

Immediately send a complaint letter to the branch where account is maintained and after that lodge a police complaint for the fraud that has haeppened.
