A.Dear client,
1. Gather any physical evidence and documents that prove that you have not received the items.
2. As it's a legal complaint, you have to reply to it according to the law. So, hire a lawyer to do the same.
3. If the court feels it fit, it will dismiss the case.

A.Dear Client
This is a tricky situation for you. Is there any proof that he gave you some item of worth RS. 14,000/-? If not then his complaint will not sustain in the court of law. If yes then you need to make his loss good.
