compensation for late possession of flat in ghaziabad

I booked one flat in 2018 under subvention scheme. Builder supposed to pay the bank interest upto 30.06.2021 and possession given in Sep-22. There was a delay of one year and three months. Builder is paying compensation only for six months and considering six months due to covid lockdown. However paid higher price to book the flat under subvention. Also he charged interest @ 9.50% for delay payment from me. Please suggest what should i claim from him for the late possession.
