Passport application is under review at Regional Passport Office.

I am in London, UK from February 2022. I have applied for renewal of my Indian passport in June2022.
I have received renewed passport as well.
But in my application status is "Passport application is under review at Regional Passport Office".
There is 1 case on going on me in India of Public Gambling Act 4,5.
I want to know that how can i solve this status and can i travel to other country or India with new passport with this ongoing situation?
