Hi
I have signed a bond with a company in noida for 1 year .
The bond is made through notary.

It was the campus placement and i was offered a different position but when i entered the company my position was different and work was different.
During interview the HR said that I'll be kept as intern for 3 months and then after my degree will come I'll be converted into trainee and my salary will be increased.

But now HR denied from this.
I have been here on internship for 6 months.
This is my 6th month.
In bond it was written that my internship period will be of 6 mothns and then according to my performance my salary will be increased.

But now they re extending my training period for 2 months more .

They are going against the bond.

I want to leave this company.

In bond it is written that i have to pay 1 lakh rs if I'll leave before 1 year.

Is there any way to leave the company without paying 1 lakh rs?.

Please help me.

Anik

A.Dear Client,

If they are breaching the contract stated in the bond then you have the ability to question them and then also if they aren't agreeing to increasing your salary and placing you in a trainee position then you can consult a lawyer and end the contract as the company has breached the contract.

Thank you so much, I hope this answer helped you.
