Summon under sec 25

I received summons under sec 25 payment and settlement act for not paying the loan what should I do

Please consult a lawyer and understand your options much better. If it is a mistake on behalf of the bank then the case against you will be acquitted but if you have defaulted in the payment you will have to hire a lawyer to solve the issue legally.
