My friend married 11years back .she had 8 years boy with some illigal relationship. Now that persion getting marrage and fly to abroad.she is bothering about that she can't live with out him. She wants to die . Is there any right on him regarding to his child live with him.she want to grown his boy with him after death..

Your friend can claim maintenance for her child under section 125 CrPC. In regards to the man in concern, he cant be forced to live with your friend as they aren't married together and he can choose who he wishes to have as his partner.
