Ground based Three leg approx. 100 feet Cell phone tower installed in residential area

Sir,
A thick populated and very closely to higher secondary school and temples area . a cell phone tower installed in 2021 and its ground cooling box spreading higher noise pollution 24 hours. during night time it make sleeping disturbances . this village have more empty land . But cell tower installed within a private House inside compound wall. Whether guidelines are fulfilled in eraction of cell tower? kindly give advice to shift this cell tower from this place to another surrounded empty lands
