Mutual divorce notice sent by lawer returned back unclaimed by husband. What should I do for getting divorce in husband absence

A.Dear client,
Have you spoken to him before sending a mutual divorce notice? If yes, then he might have missed it by chance. Try to send it again by contacting him. If you haven't spoken to him about this and if he is not ready for mutual divorce, you might have a file a contested divorce suit. Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act provides for grounds under which a spouse can file for a contested divorce in India.
Please talk to you lawyer about the same and move with the proceedings.
