Customer rights - Pg owner is not giving my money back

My Pg owner is not giving my money back. I have paid this month rent and I want to Evacuate now. The manager never mentioned about evacuating terms and condition.

If you want to collect your 'rent' you have already paid, then I don't think anybody would agree because rent is something you agree mutually and pay. But if you are talking about the deposit that you pay initially, you can definitely claim it back.
Do not vacate unless he pays you the deposit. You can file a police complaint in the nearby station or you can also file a civil suit for recovery of the same. Please consult a civil lawyer to send him a notice.
