Engagement issue - I got engaged few months back

Sir I got engaged few months back. Girl had sexual relations for last 6-7 years with multiple men. Their family willfully hide all these things. Once these things came into light she ended engagement but denied returning all marital gifts. Is her family to pay for marriage gifts, our incurred expenses and damages for mental trauma she caused and time she wasted.
