I am 28 years old. I am having trouble with my parents. And even after trying so hard, there always is a quarrel.
How can i claim my right for welfare and living if my parents and i get separated?
Kindly advise. Thank you.

To get a declaration of emancipation, you have to prove ALL of these things:
- You do not want to live with your parents. Your parents do not mind if you move out.
- You can handle your own money.
- You have a legal way to make money.
- Emancipation would be good for you.
Depending on the legal system, an emancipated child may have the right to vote, enter into contracts, take medical decisions, etc., without parental consent. These acts symbolize the autonomy that we usually associate with adults. Not to mention that the above-mentioned acts can have serious consequences of their own.
