Account freezing - bank account in IDFC first bank

we are mantian bank account in IDFC first bank , now our account has debit frezze, i have so many time visit our branch , but they told your account freeze by cyber cell Vijayawada you need to visit Vijayawada cyber cell , noting more info provided by Bank branch like who, why freeze our account so what to do next pls suggestaion .
