Electricity related- We had purchased a house Electricity related- We had purchased a house

We had purchased a house in an apartment(owner share). During my possession, the electricity work was not completed and both builder and owner had promised me to complete it soon. Now they have given permanent meters to all the houses and another meter to common area. But suddenly after a week, builder removed our house electric meter saying our owner has to settle some pending amount. But when we ask him he's saying he has settled all the amount. Now because of this tiff between the owner and builder we are suffering. Temporarily we have been given connection from that common area meter. Kindly help to know whom to check with to get our electric meter back.

A.Dear Sir,

It is a matter to be taken to consumer forum or Civil Court after issuing legal notice if you cannot be resolved in meetings.

A.Dear client,
If the permanent meter was not provided by the government, then we could have helped you with the procedures. But, it was installed and your builder is not giving it to you. It is something you have discuss with him and your owner. Make them understand how important it is for you and let them solve it and help you. Legal actions are not suggestable here.
