Rupeek Gold Loan Scam Rupeek Gold Loan Scam

I have taken gold loan from Rupeek around 1.5 years ago and got it renewed twice..In April 2022, I got a letter from Federal Bank, Dwarka Delhi Branch that amount is pending. I visited the branch next day and met bank executive and Rupeek executive and made a payment of Rs 17,300 in month of April. The total loan amount is 1.10 lacs. Next month in May, I paid my interest of Rs 1000 as usually from app. Since June, the app is not showing any pending amount and the Rupeek executives are giving all misleading information. In October, they informed us after repeatedly trying to reach out to them, that they have auctioned our gold and we will now get nothing. According to them Federal Bank sends Speed Post Notice to everybody before they decide to auction. According to Bank, they have auctioned gold in May 2022 which is really surprising after making payment of Rs 17300 in April and interest of 1000 in May. I have not received any speed post or no other intimation.
