2A Caste And Income Certificate Of Married women 2A Caste And Income Certificate Of Married women

School Education Department and DDPI have rejected my 2A caste and income certificate obtained on my parents income. They are telling they would consider only if the married woman obtained on her husband name. As per Ministry of Personnel Public Grievances and Training it's clear that Creamy Layer status is based on parents income only. But here no body is aware of prevailing norms we have been victimised.

A.Dear client,
The creamy layer is based on the status of your parents. They cannot reject it based on that. It is better you consult a lawyer and go talk to them with a legal notice.

Thank you sir for your advice. School Education Department and Centralised Admission Cell telling parents income is considered only issuing OBC NCL for central government jobs, for Karnataka government jobs they use Form No 'F' for OBC categories (2A, 2B, 3A, 3B) as per the state government norms husband income is considered for determining creamy layer status. Sir, I would like to register you to clarify when determining OBC creamy layer status norms differ for central government and state government or same. My parents are cooli who didn't have a peace of land, I studied so hard round the clock to get this job, now they have converted my category to General Merit, I would miss the job only because I submitted my parents income not husband, more ever I got married 1 months prior of the Last date of application, how they determine my creamy layer status based on one month income. Here DDPI'S, CAC, School Education Department and Principal Secretary of Education Department no body is supporting.
