Bulder has allowed a prospective buyer in the floor which we agreed to give him in lieu of constructing the building.sale deed has not been signed. Can we evict him?

A.Dear Sir,
Yes nobody can enter into possession of any flat or any space without proper documents. Better to get issue legal notice threatening to launch Civil and criminal Cases.

A.Dear Sir,
Yes nobody can enter into possession of any flat or any space without proper doucments. Better to get issue legal notice threatening to launch Civil and criminal Cases.

A.Dear client,
You being the owner will have all the rights over the property. But, the rental laws in India enable the landlords to file an eviction suit against the tenant if there is a justifiable and valid reason for such a measure. So, if you can tell us more about the arrangement between you and the builder and the builder and the person residing, we can help you.
