Simple Pay loan app Harassment

Hi there,
I was trying to make payment in urban company through simple pay loan app.. That transaction was failed due to technical issues transaction was failed.. Urban company has sent email confirmation on the same saying failed transaction but simple pay is harrasing me for payment on a unsuccessful transaction.. They are sending demand notice every day and harrasing with IVR calls and sms.. Given complaint also no response.. Iam very disturbed please help me..

A.You may file a complaint before the consumer forum against the said finance company regarding such harassment.
