I bought a scooter from a dealer.its was a workshop. And tafter some time it stops working. We went to the dealer. he agreed to repair .after repair we went to take it.then also it wont start so we said to take it back and give the money back.the price was 20000 . He gave 10000 back and told balance amount he will give back. Now he is not responding to my call.what should i do?

A.Dear Sir,
You may go to police station to resolve the issue. You may also get issued a legal notice or get back that vehicle and not to return till balance amount is paid to you.

A.Dear Sir,
You may go to police station to resolve the issue. You may also get issued a legal notice or get back that vehicle and not to return till balance amount is paid to you.

A.Dear client,
If he had agreed to pay you back, then he should. If you entered into a contract which was made on verbal agreement, you as a creditor have all the rights and remedies to recover that money.
If you have any bank records as evidence, use it and file a recovery suit
