I joined one IT company but i left the company after 2 months. also I got 1 month training. Now they send me legal notice to pay 2 lac else they will go court. Because in bond it was condition that if I leave company before 3 year then I have to pay 2 lac. Now what should I do?

A.Dear client,
If you have agreed in the employment agreement that you will pay 2 lakhs, then you have to pay because you have breached the agreement and they are entitled to compensation. Contact the HR of the company and ask if they can reduce it to some extent. If not, you have to pay.
