A.If the cheque contains the signature of the account holder then kindly fill the cheque and put the due amount on it and deposit in your bank account for credit of the due amount in your favour. Then once the cheque is encashed and the said amount is credited in your account then inform the said purchaser of your bike that the payment is done.. No more dues remaining against the said purchase of the vehicle. But if the said cheque gets bounced due to insufficient amount in the debtor's account then kindly get a print of the remark for cheque bounce from your respective bank and then send him a demand notice for payment of the due amount in full within 30 days from the date of receipt of your notice otherwise if he fails to pay the due amount within the specified time then file a criminal case against him u/s 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act. 1881. For further legal help you may seek the help of an advocate.

A.Dear Client,
A stamp ia not required during cheque payment. But if it is a valid blank cheque then you can use it as payment for your vehicle.
