I filed police complain in 498a and now husband agreed to live with me on condition that I will write on stamp paper that dowry neither taken nor demanded..can it debarred me from doing any legal action in same issue in future..can I be legally bounded by such agreement on stamp paper

He is not doing it unconditionally..can I say in future that it is under pressure and threat

As per law, agreement made on stamp paper is valid. However, it is well established that agreements with lawful consideration and lawful object are valid and shall not be undue influenced or coerced and free acceptance should be given by both the parties.
Therefore, if you are giving consent under undue influence of living with him shall make this agreement void.
