Company asks for Shift Extension regularly
1 year ago
In general, my company says that 8 hours of production is enough. But in reality they are asking to extend my shift and mostly everyday. I had talked to HR but they also said that it's not an issue if you work 1 hour extra daily. They are not paying any incentive also for Over Production. What action can I take on this legally as I think so they should give me incentive for Over Production.
A.Dear Client,
If according to your company policy they are overworking for 1 hr then there are no specific legal actions that can be taken.
