query related adopted child

i was adopted by my bade papa in year2000 when i was born. they do not signed any adoption deed. but my all valid documents ADHAR CARD,PAN CARD, PASSPORT, HIGH SCHOOL MARKSHEET,RATION CARD ,DRIVING LICENCE,DOMICILE CERTIFICATE, INCOME CERTICATE, have father and mother name of father and mother who adopted me . presently they are no more in this world both died in recent years. Can someone challenge my adoption in court that i am not their child

A.Since all the documents are containing there names as your parents so no one can challenge the same since no one should possess any other crucial documents since all the identifying documents of yours have their names.

They don't have documents against me. Can only testimony (gawahi) create problem for me ?

You may not need to worry then but if needed then you may contact an advocate for your case.

I've been facing the same problem I lost both my parents (adoptive parents) and now my father's sister's daughter are torturing and trying to take my house and property. I have all documents with my adoptive parents name, documents such as aadhar card ration card school marksheets bona-fide I even have birth certificate in which my adoptive parents name is there. Still they are troubling me and all my other family members are supporting them and are against me.
