Sir, my younger brother, harassed me a lot after my marriage to force me to leave the house and other properties, I left the house and got settled in other city. Mother Father and he was happy without with me, they contacted me only at the time of needs, now bother sold the house and other properties one by one, I also signed where ever was the need, he did not offer me any amount, he has destroyed all the funds due to his bad habits, now he has started to ask money from me and from my married sister, he threatens us time to time, always give us trouble for need of money. There is no any property issue, we just want to close the relationship legally with him, so that he could not get any advantage from us, he always threaten us.

A.Dear Sir,
u r not liable to pay any maintenance under any provision of any enactment to your brother. He is grown up and swallowed all the properties of your properties and he can't claim any maintenance from you. U may issue a legal notice and release paper publication delinking all relationships from him.
