Online blackmailing - father was entrapped in online blackmailing

My father was entrapped in online blackmailing through facebook.Already he has given lot of money to said party.Its through some chatting they have trapped him.the fraud is threatening him with a video of him during a video chat.

A.Kindly write a complaint to the concerned cyber crime department illustrating all the facts which happened with your father and also mention the transaction details till date done by your father. The concerned cyber cell will take immediate action against the said wrongdoer.
