i had been employed in a organistaion since 2013, in the year 2021 i had got an better oppurnity in terms of salary and post so had but done my papers but the company countered it with salary increment but with a condition of leagal bond for 2 years. And the bond was signed my me on company letter head that too a xerox copy of it. But now in the year 2022 october i decided to resign as want to persue further education and informed company about same and told i will not be abale to contiune further. But from the same day of resignation i was asked to pay 1 lac (as per bond) resoning me to leave orgainsation immeditely as it was causing mental harrasment to me. Now since last two months company is started sending letters and legal notice at my residence.
Please do assist me . Also beign 9 years in the company has neither paid grautity to me. I was ready and told them that they can deduct the bond amount from my graduaty amount and stop harrsing but they are not ready to undesrtand.

A.Hi client,
It seems that the bond which you have signed will make you abide what the company says.
Kindly, let an advocate review the same.
For gratuity, you can send them a legal notice and if not agreed file a suit.

A.Dear client,
Since there is a legal bond between you and the employer you need to compensate the same. However, as mentioned by you that no gratuity was given to you and gratuity is a statutory right of employee whoever completes 5 years in the same organization, you can claim for it.
If you have been denied gratuity payment by your employer, you can file a complaint under Section 8 of Payment of Gratuity Act 1972.
