A.Hi client,

Your query is not clear. If you have taken a loan and not paying the same, then the bank has the right to recover the said amount from you any day in a legal way.
If you have not taken any such loan and still some unknown organisation/person/bank is disturbing you can report the same to your local police station.
Not sure about your matter , if not covered under the two heads please post once again with more clarity.
