A.Hi client,
If the loan amount is not being paid within the stipulated time then the bank has the right to ask or recover the same from you any day. But every such process of recovering money should be done in a legal manner, anything beyond the legal means is not acceptable. If they are harassing you or crossing their limits then you can inform the local Police station about the same.
