LEGAL CONTRACT FOR FAVOURITE SON

hello sir/maam, i am creating a video inspired by foriegn concept where i want my parents to sign a contract stating that i am their favourite son and not my brother. i have studied the conditions of a valid contract and in my case all points are satisfied so i wanted to know that in india is it legal to create such a contract and if yes then how to do? if you want then we both can be part of this amazing and creative video.

In India, you can draft such an agreement but such an agreement is not considered a valid contract or agreement as there is still no such legal provision for the same.

A valid contract which is agreed by both the parties can be signed in any day. But why to make such unfair and meaningless contract. It is very unfair in the part of your brother.
It is advisable to not execute such a contract.
