how to recover my salary from office how to recover my salary from office

I was working in a company from last 6 months, they didn't give me any offer letter,
I had also mailed him for this, his reply is that we did not talk about any offer letter,
So then I asked to leave the job but they threatened me not to pay my salary so I was forced to continue the job,
So after continuing the job for 1 month, I told him that I would leave the job after 2 months, so he agreed.
But when I left the job after 2 months, they did not give me any salary and stopped my 2 months salary.
And then after running away from me for many days, they gave me 1 month's salary and made me signature forcefully on the letter,Saying that if you do not sign then you will not get any salary
It was written on the letter that now you do not have any pending amount on the company, but still my 1 month salary pending in the company
What should I do on this?

A.Hi client,
As you have already signed and agreed to such payment , there is no way out. Still would suggest you to show the said signed document to an advocate.
If the signed document does not have a legal validity you can counter that with various ways.(with the help of an advocate)

Thanks and Regards
