A.Dear Sir
Your issue can be easily resolved if you go to Office of Labour Commissioner. Get issue a legal notice also.

A.Dear Client!

Does your appointment letter gives discretionery Power to the management to buy out your notice period or not?

If yes, then it's difficult to get it done. But then you can file a complaint against the immediate boss with the management of the company for harassing you or give a formal complaint to the HR Department.

If nothing happens then you can raise the complaint with Labour Commissioner office.

Hope this should resolve your problem.
