Sir a thief entered in our house and we listened that sound he get back in to our neibour's house there had is a leady she sheltered that thief and that thief was her xboy friend and we shoot video and catch the that thief she was booked a case as shooting video on me what I do now?

If case is booked for shooting entry of thief, then it can be quashed by the High Court. As it is not an offence. On the other hand giving shelter to a thief is an offence and u may get registered FIR by approaching the magistrate by filing private complaint.

A.Hi client,
If you have experienced such thing and have have reasons/evidences to believe that the person was a thief and he had the intention of stealing or causing you harm, you have to immediately lodge a complain against him.
And for the case they have lodged , counter it after taking proper legal actions with the help of an advocate.
