Agreement legal or illegal

Recently i got 1 agreement from monic tech work. In that the stamp is of maharshtra state and the company registered if gujrat state i am not able to find wheather its legal or illegal

If they have an office in Maharashtra then it is fine to execute the agreement on stamp paper of Maharashtra of not then they should change it.

If the agreement is being executed for the corporate office, branch office of the company being situated in Maharashtra, then Maharashtra Stamp Paper is fine. Otherwise it has to be the Gujarat Stamp Paper.
