Resigned from the teaching Job after working for only 2days Resigned from the teaching Job after working for only 2days

Hi Sir/Madam,
My wife has recently joined a school as a teacher but after working for 2 days she didn't like the job profile and work environment and decided to quit the job with immediate effect without serving the notice. Now the owner of the school is threatening to take legal action against her for not serving the notice. My wife has not signed any bond but yes she has got the Service agreement for the job which she has signed which states that the training expenses will be incurred if any person leaves the job without notice however she has not got any training from the school. Please advise whether the school authority can take any legal action or not? Thanks in advance.
