Property in the name of mother now her son wife means daughter in law asking property as Bec her husband died. Even she was asking father in law share. But issue was all property in the name of mother in law and father in law died even his son also died. Issue was can daughter in law go to court to ask share of his husband..

A.Dear Client,
Yes, daughter in law can ask.
Follow the following steps.
1.Get the death certificate,
2.Get the legal heir certificate which should include genealogy.
3.You have to prove you are the only legally wedded wife and if you have any child their relevant records.
4.Collect the information regarding the property your family has got ( both movable and immovable)
5.You need to see and ascertain the source of property.
File the Civil Suit for your share as soon as you can.
