I have taken a loan for education and some family problems, I paid the loan EMI but right now I am facing a financial crisis as I am now unemployed. What can I do now as that applications are threatening for loan recovery however I have told the situation lots of time?

A.You need to send a legal intimation letter with the help of an advocate to the concerned financial institution intimating them about your present situation and seeking permission for extension of loan tenure.

A.Hello Client,

You may visit their office and have a conversation with the concerned authorities and ask for some time with a promise to clear all your EMI within the requested time.

Thanks & Regards

A.Hi client,

Loans taken are meant to be paid in time. In that case you can send them a message or contact them verbally by praying some more time.
But as it is an educational loan , the terms and conditions are to be checked that is there any such clause which allows you to pay a little later or not. Generally, the education loans are paid after the students get placement. Any how, if such terms do not apply you have to face the legal consequenes.

Thanks and Regards
