Retention bonus during notice period

Dear sir,
As per increament letter ,I am also be eligible for retention bonus which will be paid after completion of 1 year of service.if you leave service early you will not be eligible for any retention bonus.
Should I get retention money ,if i resigned on 1 Jan 2023 and complete 3 month notice period.
A.Dear Client you were in the company for more then one year then you are eligible for retention bonus.

A.If you are resigning after completing one year of your service and fulfilling all the criteria of your concerned company then you are definitely eligible for getting retention bonus.

It depends upon your company rules and it cannot be a general rule to get retention money and it cannot be available to one and all.
