Mother torturing me mentally and abuses me Mother torturing me mentally and abuses me

I am 37 years old female due to problems with my in laws shifted to my own house where I grew up with my husband and two kids of two years.
Everyday my mother mentally tortures me and verbally abuses me . She even physically tortured me when I was pregnant.
I went to local police station but did not got any support also I tried to speak with my mother regarding the reason of this torture and instead she started playing victim and put all the blame on me stating that I tortured her and beat her up.
Our local police station without investigation started blaming me and my husband and also suggested to stay at a different place but due to my financial condition I am unable to do so.
I want her to stop this torture to us and let us live our life peacefully.
Please help

A.Dear MAdam,
u have every right against your husband to claim maintenance and separate residence etc., and not against your mother. U may get employed yourself and start new life.

A.If the local police station refuses to accept your complaint then kindly approach an advocate and seek help for filing an FIR against your cruel mother under the provision of Section 156 (3) of CrPC where the concerned magistrate gives order for lodging an FIR for proper investigation based on the letter of complaint to the police authority.
