My wife charged Dowry and domestic violence against me

I got married in nov 2015. And after 6 month my wife go to her parents and didn't return yet. In between 6 months she behave very abnormal to us. She always say I gonna committee sucide, you have affair and most of things she done. After she went I got fracture twice in my legs but she doesn't come to see me. Now she complaint against me in mahila aayog about dowry and violence. I m worried for my family and myself. Her all allegations are false. What will I do if she suddenly come to my home ? And what I do for divorce from her If she not agree for divorce. I m physically handicapped person and my wife is also handicap. Show me the path and help me come out of this issue.

To be on safer side, get issue a legal notice immediately and put every allegations ;in the said notice including the conduct of your wife about suicide.
