Dear sir/madam
I am a divorced girl want to marry in the registar office..my name was different in the divorce decree from my certificates..can I avoid to submit the divorce decree..as my name was not found in the court records

You have to tell and fill up the Form ( real name before your 1 st marriage).
There is another column where you have to mention the marital status.. you write Divorcee.

You submit your name as @ ABC with your certificate name to avoid future complications. Means you should not try to hide from the court (registration office), It will be for registration purpose. You may consult for needful procedure.

A.By advocate Rameshwor dadhe dear mam if Ur name change on Ur privious divorce certificate then no need anything but make affidavit . And submit it to the register office if they are agreeing then no issues
