A building of 4 residential floor with pillar-less stilt parking and 2cars per floor can be parked like this that they can move without disturbing other cars. builder have allocated 2cars per floor equal portion of parking to all floors. Can builder decide which portion will allocate to which floor. Can a floor owner object to it
