Legal action - resigned due to medical reasons

I am on probation and have a notice period of 3 months, have resigned due to medical reasons. Have been asked to do the F and F by paying 3 months salary. What if I refuse to pay can the company take any legal action.

Dear Sir,
If they have not spent any amount on your training then there are not entitled for three months salary. Just ignore their request and request them to send your experience certificate etc if necessary.
