I have bought a plot in hulimngala Bangalore in 2014 and the developer mentioned it is Grampanchyat approved and later i got Khata transffered into my name it is manual khata , how do i convert the manual khata to E-khata

You can write a letter to the concern authority for conversion of you khata.

Thanks Anik for the response , Please can you elaborate little more as i did not understand and i already spoke to the government officer in panchayat office said it is not possible to get E-khata
